NCh Model Horse Studio provides it's models with warranty coverage.
Different terms and conditions are applied for 3D prints, castings and painted artworks.
Returns and refunds are not available if the model doesn't meet the buyer's expectations

3D Prints

All 3D printed models by NCh Model Horse Studio are provided with basic users manual and care instructions. The warranty is void if usage guidelines are not followed.
If a model develops a defect or breaks due to a production issue it can be replaced or refunded. Replacement or refund is only possible after the model has been retuned.
This warranty doesn't apply to damage caused by improper handling, drops or external impact.

The warranty applies to the model itself only.
Any painting, finishing, customisation or other modifications are done at the buyer's own risk and are not covered by this warranty. NCh Model Horse Studio isn't responsible for any damage to the paintwork or other customisations, nor for any associated costs.

Castings

Unpainted resin castings must be inspected for damage within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, a refund or replacement will be provided. The proof of damage should be provided as a video recording of unpacking and unwrapping the item.
Partial refund is possible if the buyer doesn't want to return the item. In this case the buyer should provide NCh Model Horse Studio with the proofs of damage including photos and video recording of the damage. The buyer should contact the studio the same way the item was purchased.
The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging, with all included materials, within 14 days.
If the damaged item is not returned within this timeframe, the buyer will be charged for the replacement.
No refund or replacement until the damaged item is returned and examined.

Painted artworks

All painted artworks are provided with the Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).
CoA contains basic information about the model and the instructions how to take care of the model.
NCh Model Horse Studio is not responsible for the damage to the model due to non-compliance with storage and usage conditions.
Painted castings must be inspected for damage within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, a partial refund to cover the repairs will be provided. The proof of damage should be provided as a video recording of unpacking and unwrapping the item.

Order processing and production

PIF (paid in full) is accepted only for in-stock items.
All custom orders are processed on a deposit basis only, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion. Work on an order placed begins only after the deposit has been received and is carried out in queue order. No work will be performed before the deposit is paid.
Down payments and the deposits are not refundable.

Time Payments

Time payments are always possible and accepted for any time the buyer requests.
NCh Model Horse Studio isn't responsible for reminding the buyers about the time payments.
The buyer is obligated to complete all time payments within the agreed time frame.
If the buyer fails to complete the time payments and does not respond within 3 months after agreed deadline, the item may be resold with further notice.
Time Payments are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Any exceptions are made solely at artist's discretion and can be discussed in private.

All shipments are sent strictly to the address provided in buyer's PayPal account at the time of purchase.
The shipping prices are set by the postal service according to the destination country and are not negotiable. All orders are shipped from Germany unless specified otherwise.
No item until paid in full.

Copyright

All unpainted sculptures are customizable unless otherwise stated for a specific release.
None of the sculptures may be copied, scanned, digitally reproduced, or distributed in any form, including 3D scanning and reproduction.
All designs are protected by copyright. Please respect the artist’s intellectual property.

Privacy policy

Personal information provided in connection with an order is used solely to fulfill the order and to communicate with the buyer regarding that order.
Customer information is not shared with third parties.
